I'm not lazy, I just live in 1998

Just a brief little explanation: I don't always get the chance to blog or comment on other people's posts because I don't have the Internet at home. I follow people I enjoy and I read their blogs when I can. Often, my posts are scheduled so I can at least appear to be on frequently, but that's not usually the case. Just throwing that out there so no one misinterprets it as something else!

Obviously, you're not a golfer.

"You know... For someone who complains about how much she 'hates the fucking Eagles,' you sure do listen to a lot of Don Henley."

Game Time: Detroit Tigers v. Cleveland Indians; June 14, 2011

Here's a photo intense post about my group trip to the Detroit Tigers game a few weeks ago. I've had this post saved in a draft for two weeks so I'm not even going to bother captioning the pictures. I think they're rather self-explanatory. And if background information is desired, refer to She Is Sara's post here!

Optimism with MS Paint: Balls

I'm not sure I really grasped the concept of shadows in 2006.

Optimism with MS Paint: Games

Actually, I like playing games. Monopoly, Clue, Guess Who?, Connect Four, Parcheesi, Yahtzee...

Optimism with MS Paint: Snakes and Tea

I'm not even entirely certain what I mean by this. But I do know I went through a period in 2006 where the best way to vocalize my frustrations was via (sometimes not so passive) aggressive MS Paint drawings.

Self portrait, 2007

This is one of my favorite pictures of my brother, Dick, and I. It's a self portrait that was taken in late 2007, right before he went into the army. I added a little bit of blue color to it, but the picture already had a funky feel to it from the fluorescent lighting.

Figure illustration drawing

Even though this is more of a sketch than a drawing, I enjoy how this turned out. But then, I enjoy any excuse to pull out my Prismacolor pencils!

Grace Is Photogenic

I was having fun with Gracie May and came up with a bunch of ridiculous shots that, on their own, probably wouldn't have looked too great. But with their powers combined...

...it shows I have one goofy cat.
